Ace Rent A Car are complete con artists, and dealing with them was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Do not rent a car from Ace. They have terrible customer service and liars. They overcharged me $500 and I went back and forth with them without them admitting it was their mistake.

Easy, affordable service. Jay at the front desk was very helpful and amicable. Good personable customer service and decent prices for the area.
Miguel was great and professional. I had my rental car for one week and had no issues. I visit Naples 1-2 times/year, so I will be back to rent a car through here again!
