Worst service ever! I phoned ace to make sure they would have a car available for me before going to their Langley location which was listed as open online. After struggling to communicate with their receptionist who was in a noisy room and was unable to record my name correctly. he assured me there would be a car available for me at 11am. I drove 30 minutes from another town to arrive at 11:15 to an unmaned desk with a back in 15 minutes sign displayed. Been using ACE on a bi-weekly basis for 2.5 months now. My go-to representative is Jamil. Always able to accomodate my requests, whether prescheduled or same day. Wonderful representative that goes above & beyond in customer service. Highly recommend ACE RentACar over big chain car rental places, evey time!!
