Las Vegas. Review your Rental Agreement carefully. They will put Insurance on your Agreement and never tell you. I purchased Insurance through a 3rd Party and also had coverage on my Auto Owners Policy and the lady (Deihna) still put Insurance on it. Also, when you turn the car in they tack on Fee's and charges I have never heard of a Government Services Fee 10%, License Recovery Fee $3.41 daily, Energy Fee $2.50 daily, Trans Fee $2.00 daily. Legalized Stealing. Never again.
Do not ever rent a car from this company. They do not honor reservations and have zero accountability after they screw you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Pay a little extra to avoid being left stranded without a car regardless of how far in advance you made a reservation. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
