I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this rental car company. The vehicle they rented to me broke down and left me and my daughter stranded in a different state. This was not only frightening but completely unacceptable for a rental company that claims to provide safe, reliable vehicles. To make matters worse, the company offered no refund, no reimbursement for towing, and no assistance with securing a replacement vehicle. What a scam.............. Flight was rerouted & ended up at Asheville Regional Airport on 11/1/25. For some reason there were NO cars available from any of the rental agencies at the airport. We were referred to ACE by the rental companies. Yes, more than 1 airport car rental company. Contacted ACE and was offered a vehicle for $450 for a 1 day rental! Was told by the hotel shuttle driver another man had the exact same thing happen a week before & he ended up paying $587 for a 1 day rental! Something's not right here.
Steven saved the day for my husband and I today! My flights were cancelled out of North Carolina before 8am today and he got me in a car by 8:30 am and on the road to Orlando for my 20th wedding anniversary! Ace for the win today! Fantastic service and the car was great! Thank you Steven for going above and beyond!
Bad location, no one on site, have to call them and it's a hassle for some reason If you're late to pick up car (which you will be because location is not at airport) they just take your money
Was asked to leave the previous review. I never rented from them. I used to rent cars through them until they ripped me off. These two are the worst at doing business and have many complaints across Turo. They cancel last minute constantly and cars are never clean. You will be better off going through Turo or a big rental car agency. I would steer clear of this company.
