DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They added $200 in "fees and taxes" so my rerntal that was supposed to cost $187 ended up costing $387.23. They said the Sunpass would be $10 but when I got the receipt they added $75 in taxes to the $10 Sunpass. When I called Steven (who wouldn't tell me his last name but aid his rep # was 44736) said "yes Sunpass is $10 plus 40% tax. Apparently Steven is not good at math because 40% of $10 is $4 NOT $85. Car smelled like weed. But over quick and convenient.
I've used ACE the last 4 rentals. My experience with them was excellent. There when I booked. Nice cars. Unlimeted mileage. Great prices. Nothing hidden. Easy to add extra days. No worries. 10 out of 10 for me. Ill be using ACE from now on.

If It were possible to give negative stars, I would. With a reservation/confirmation in hand, I called for the shuttle when I landed Asheville (AVL) around 11:30PM. I was directed to go to a white bench and wait for the Clarion shuttle which delivered me to a nearby hotel lobby and drove off. Inside the lobby was a hotel counter and an Ace Rental Counter.
