I don't usually leave a google review for a car rental company but this is the most scammy rent-a-car company ever existed. You will get a toll violation out of nowhere and will have to pay $50 dollar processing fee to their 3rd party collection company. Don't fall for their cheap rates.

You guys bullied my friend and ripped her off. You need to listen to your customers and not be mean and aggressive. Not sure if you guys just don't care about the person and just their money but come on. Do better.

I used Ace Rent a Car on recent vacation and when I returned there was a tiny chip in the windshield of the car. I don't know if was there before, and it did not require a windshield replacement. I bought the insurance that came with the car and they are still trying to charge me over $2000 for a new windshield instead of paying for it with the insurance that I purchased. This company will rip you off and do not use them. They ruined our family vacation. Now I have to retain an attorney to deal with this scam company.
