This is my go to place for a no frills rental. The cars are not the nicest but I haven’t had any mechanical issues with the three cars I’ve rented from here. The staff has always been quick and very kind, which is not the service you will get at a rental company that shall not be named a short distance away on canal. Refund of deposit took ten days. If you can’t swing that, then this isn’t the place for you.
awful pathetic people, charged $400 extra on a prepaid reservation, gave me a car reeking of cigarette smoke, TPMS sensor fault light on, denied responsibility, lied about telling me about defects, left hand denying knowledge about right hand. You guys ... go work at McDonalds learn some customer service, go work at Jiffy lube learn about cars then come back and try this again.
Stole $400 from me and will not answer the phone
Worse car rental I've ever dealt with in my whole time of travelling and car rental needs. They charge you $25 for returning the car early because they're not open until 8a.m. After reading all the reviews after the fact, they answer all concerns the same way "provide the agreement number or reach out to customer service. Cheaper isn't always better. Also stated that their location isn't in the best area so.they can't afford to leave cars before the operating hours. What is insurance for???????
La peggiore esperienza di noleggio auto del mondo. Sono stato trattato come uno stupido perché ho cominciato a fare delle semplici domande sul noleggio e altre mie curiosità. Forse il ragazzo non si era svegliato di buon umore quel giorno ma si è subito stancato di me e non voleva più noleggiarmi la macchina. Addirittura voleva chiamare la polizia per sbattermi fuori. Così anche la ragazza Tina mi pare si chiami mi ha trattato in modo rude. Complimenti davvero e vergognatevi!
