Worst experience ever! I was stranded at the airport. I called 5 times over 2 hours and each time I was told my shuttle was on the way!

I encountered a series of problems with this company that have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The initial issue involved them providing an insurance policy that turned out to be invalid. Despite having a conversation with the manager (Name: MA), the refund for this erroneous insurance has not been processed. The discrepancies continued as what was advertised on their website and conveyed over the phone did not align with their actual inventory. I didn't expect much as I was looking for best price as opposed to big brand, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was very happy with the service. I called twice from the airport to confirm shuttle pick up details. Both calls were answered immediately. Friendly service, excellent price, and I was extremely happy with the vehicle (BMW X3, was clean & smooth). Thank you, I will renting with you again when I'm back in Vancouver!
