Very rude unprofessional manner ,
Stay away from this company, you'll pay way more than what you see, lots of hidden fee, would never go with ACE rental anymore. For my whole trip, rent a car with ACE is the only part made me down. It costs about $900CAD for rental a sedan for 10 days, it's ridiculous.
Looks like ACE sucks wherever they operate. If I could rate them zero I would. Reserved a rental through Expedia to be picked up at Montego Bay Airport upon arrival we waited from 11:50a.m to 3:30 p.m to pick a car that was reserved over a week before our trip. I had to get mad and told my husband to cancel the reservation and take our money back. Pretty straightforward rental process, when you book the rental they don’t mention they have a mandatory requirement for insurance at $10/day, which can make you feel mislead, definitely call before hand to avoid surprises Edit: had a second go at them, booked car through Expedia, only to show up and be told I cannot drive an unlimited mileage car outside of the city.
