If I could give negative stars I would. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE SCAM OF A BUSINESS. I was originally ticketed 150$ due at pick up with an estimated insurance of 50$. Showed up and wanted to charge nearly 800$. I was starting a trip and did not have an extra amount for the hidden fees. Worst customer service ever. Arnissha really needs a class in how to talk to customers. Overall besides that, and the fact that my security deposit was denied back due to bull crap. I was satisfied with the vehicle. However I will NOT be coming back if she is still there. She did not give me a good first experience when it came to purchasing my first rental! SMH.
Booked through Expedia and when we got there to pick up the vehicle they didn’t have what we needed to accommodate the passengers we had the girl Courtney that was suppose to be helping us was horrible she could careless that we didn’t have what we needed very rude unprofessional I will never use them again
SMH car was dirty in the inside smelled like cigarettes paid $189 for a day which is a crazy price and it’s 9 dollars a gallon if you don’t refill. First and last. 150 deposit didn’t get that back, they just took it without telling me when I was there
