Its a scam hole. I booked a BMW and i got a Cherokee. The guy who works there is unfriendly and makes judging comments. On the pickup, i was surprised that the unlimited mileage feature i booked doesn’t exist, its was just 200 km a day ! He added 100 km which was nothing! No smiling, no courtesy, nothing!! On the drop off, i waited 10 min outside so this guy arrives, a rainy cold day, than when he enters he asked to wait outside and he closed the door on my face! Rude. I highly discourage you to rent from this low scam !

The worst customer service ever! There is a man (maybe Moroccan) at the reception who treats customers terribly, and has an extremely arrogant attitude. You feel threatened just by talking to him. Do not use this company (Economy Cart Rental). Also, the location is not at the airport, although they say it is on their website. This company does not even deserve 1 star, be careful.
If there was a ZERO stars. They would get it. I had booked for a 1600 pick up. I was delayed and got there at 1700. He refused to rent to me. The car was sitting out front, but said I was late. Left me stranded to call an Uber and go to another rental place. Unbelievable!!
Worst customer experience ever! The website says the office opens at 8:00 a.m. I arrived at 8:05am but the door was closed. I tried to push the door harder, thinking it might be difficult to open. But no, it was actually closed. A guy came and opened the door and shouted at me and tried to teach me how to behave in such a situation: "if the door is closed, what do you do? You ring the bell!".
