Worst rental car company in florida. Do not use them. Terms are not explained by booking representatives.
I was very pleased with the experience. Shalimar was very kind and professional with me at the counter when we arrived. She was very patient and helpful. Our return flight few days later was very early. The car was scheduled to be back by 4am. For some reasons we didn't have to be at the airport until 5.30am. I called the night before and got on the line with Joseph. He was so friendly and helpful as well. The lady who recived the car at 5.30am was as friendly and in a great mood . I had a question about the time I needed to return my car since my flight was delayed and I asked for an extension and Joseph at the Tampa office graciously extended my drop off time by 2 hours to save me from hanging around the airport for an much longer period of time at no extra charge. Thank you Joseph you are the best!!!
