I paid online full but they will charge you more at the premises like 500 dollar for insurance you have to take 2 bus to make it to this place from lax . Not the best
Peeps were nice, but vehicle was absolutely filthy inside and out! Had to keep vehicle an extra couple days, and I paid thru the nose for keeping it! I'll try another place in the future.
Words can not describe the experience with this company, I really do think they could do way better as a company. I understand the whole Covid situation but there is no excuse for the unprofessional attitude and uneducated staff members. Good luck trying to get a manager to hear you out , they have no managers ever.
