I reserved a car for today on Wednesday. They waited until right before my reservation pick up time to let me know they didn’t have ANY cars available. Not a class switch or a delay, just no cars. They had 3+ days to check inventory and let me know so I could make alternate plans, but this was the extent of their foresight and customer care. Service was A1 beyond excellent, agent Keja was awesome. She is definitely a VIP in my book, I 100% recommend this company I was in and out. Service was beyond great, price was right, and customer service was beyond 5stars. Check em out, and ask for Keja she will get you right.
