I reserved a car for today on Wednesday. They waited until right before my reservation pick up time to let me know they didn’t have ANY cars available. Not a class switch or a delay, just no cars. They had 3+ days to check inventory and let me know so I could make alternate plans, but this was the extent of their foresight and customer care.
