The GM Michael was so great! Somehow, I was able to reserve my car on a holiday that the office was closed. I had no other transportation lined up to fall back on. Michael put his holiday on hold and picked me up from the airport and opened the office just so I could get my rental. He was very pleasant about the situation. Most places would have just told you to figure it out on your own. I am so grateful and will using ACE every time I visit FL.
