Great place to rent a car. Manager David was very helpful in my time of need. Helped me and my family get what we need to have a great vacation, I will definitely be back because of him. Thank you David.
I would give less than 1 star if I could. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. I will NEVER reserve/try to rent a vehicle with this company again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to either. I was left stranded at the airport for hours because the shuttle never came to get me. I tried to call any number I could, even contacted priceline and got a number to contact from them. Did not get vehicle that we reserved. Very slow unorganized, not at airport have to take shuttle to and from airport. Shuttle was dirty.
The customer service experience I had here was awesome. The key to renting here is to place a reservation ahead of time. Yvonne was very personable and helpful, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The process for renting through them was very easy and the staff there is super efficient. Not happy i never picked up the rental car and they never gave back my $66 dollars for the insurance.. So i wasnt happy at all.. Have a good day....
