When I say I wish I could give them a zero I would! They are the most classless, lackluster, incompetent individuals and company as a whole! Do not book with and especially not through a 3rd party I’ve tried both and they try to scam you out of fake upgrades! Shut it down and get them so called customer service agents out of there they are completely trained to have attitudes and poor communication skills!

Don’t do it! We rented a car off Expedia for $196 the deposit was $800 ! My husband got it because if it was me it would’ve stayed there. Any, had it 4 days, and when returned it was charged $491! Scamlanta! Called customer service only to get a rude Arabic man that hung up on me. I’m definitely reporting to better business bureau.

RESERVATION CANCELED they don't tell you that if you are a ga resident you will be charged $500 (instead of the 200-300 quoted) AND you have to have full coverage insurance AND SHOW PROOF their are cheap at first glance but it's for a reason NEVER AGAIN

I prepaid for a 7-day ACE rental through Booking.com. At a late-night pickup at the Atlanta airport location, I accepted two optional coverage products totaling $59.98 per day. The next morning, after reviewing my existing auto insurance, I immediately contacted ACE to remove them. I was specifically told the coverage could be removed if I brought my insurance declarations page back to the Atlanta location, so I drove back to the airport during my vacation and did exactly that. I was not able to rent a car as the clerk stated that my driver's license is not an international license. I went to next company's booth and suddenly it was accepted as an international driver's license as it is.
