Between the poor customer service and the extra hidden fees I would not rent with them again.
Do not use this company. They are the WORST!!! Horrible customer service when you have a problem. They do no provide solutions just more problems and try to charge you extra. Pay the extra money and use the other main rental companies, because this company is going to add fees and your rental will be the same cost as the others when you are finished.
DO NOT SIGN THE PAD UNTIL YOU REVIEW WHAT THEY ARE MAKING YOU SIGN. THEY ADDED MORE CHARGES THAT WERE NEVER VERBALLY DISCLOSED. This place will sneakily charge you. You’d think they were just being nice but no additional charges ever verbally disclosed. This place is scamming for extra charges.
Be AWARE of all additional charges. They won’t verbally disclose them but they’ll make you a sign a pad for the all the extra add ons and then you’re SOL. Worse experience ever with all the extra charges! Scammers!
