TERRIBLE, BEWARE! I booked through booking, they attempted to give me a significantly smaller vehicle than what I requested and had already paid for! The agent that I worked with for this matter was rude and dismissive. NEVER pre purchase fuel! ITS A SCAM! They will charge you wayyyy more than what you are told, then add tax to it!! As if gas is not already expensive. THEN, customer service is no help, they are rude and unprofessional as well! NEVER AGAIN!! Book with a more ethical and professional company!

Everything was great until I turned my vehicle in. $185 was taken out of my deposit for fuel, even though the vehicle was returned with a full tank. I can't get through to anyone to resolve the issue. The online agent asked me for proof that the car was full, and I guess showing the debit transaction wasn't enough. I feel like I'm being robbed

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. we were quoted 33$ a day after dropping off our vehicle we received our receipt $471.05 for 2 days! A short distance trip at that. This is unforgivable. Their customer service is impossible to reach. The quoted price is desirable but dont be fooled go somewhere else

Pure chaos. The women showed up 30 minutes late to her shift at 7 AM when they opened and then we were informed we had to wait an extra hour to get our car. All in all an extra 1.5 hours because this place is poorly operated.

Waited in line over an hour. Completely understaffed, archaic reservation system with way too much paper involved. Every single other rental car desk moved 5 times as many customers through in the same amount of time.
