Thease guys are crooks and they will cheat and rob you and cheat you. They will try to steal your car buy making up reasons to keep it longer and charge you. My bike was towed by them when the police called them and they refused to give it back to e when I couldn't find the title even though the police told them it was mine and I had the registration.

Called early in the morning (7:30 AM). The phone was answered quickly and I requested towing service. The operator stated that he would dispatch someone right away. The tow truck operator arrived 15 minutes later and called me on my cell upon pulling up in front of the house. I went out to meet him and give him my keys. He simply stated; I'll take it from here" and went about hooking up my car. I could not be happier with their service.
