Been going to Ace Optical for the better half of 6 years now. Amazing service each time from the owners. They do direct billing with benefits (Sunlife) & are super efficient. Lots of options to choose from as well ranging from Ray-Ban all the way to Gucci/Burberry/Tom Ford reading & sunglasses.
Very friendly. Great customer service. The prices are also very fair. I've gone to several other stores in the neighborhood and they are all more expensive and required heavy negotiation. This store just gave the best price upfront.
Incredibly nice guys. For some private reason, I needed to cancel my lenses after they did everything (free assessment, order lenses and have them handy). They totally understood my situation and refunded me.
