Elena is incredible. From my very first session she has made me feel so safe and helped me tap in to and release some deep and painful emotions held in my body, mind and soul in a way that has felt so natural, safe and not overwhelming in anyway. I had one of the most powerful Breathwork sessions with her recently and felt completely supported throughout the process. Her energy is calming and intuitive, creating a safe space for deep emotional release. Have been to Elena multiple times now and each session leaves me feeling lighter, aligned, and more connected. Nothing is more true than ' action before opinion'. Having never been before, I was unsure what to expect but now, having done two sessions, I am convinced it is an important part of my healing process i.e medical, physio, mental and spiritual healing working together.
