After just one breath work session with Elena I have already felt a shift in both my energy and levels of pain. This was one of the most transformative sessions I’ve had. Highly recommended for reducing anxiety.

A friend of mine recommended doing breath work with The Breath Hub as I was having anxiety issues from past trauma, suggesting it would help me feel more grounded. When I first started, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was sceptical. However, after my first session I realised how amazing it was and how much I benefited just from that one session. I would highly recommend Elena to anyone looking for a clearer mind, deeper breathing and helping to feel more calmness in our highly stressed world. Joan mansfield

I had one of the most powerful Breathwork sessions with her recently and felt completely supported throughout the process. Her energy is calming and intuitive, creating a safe space for deep emotional release. Have been to Elena multiple times now and each session leaves me feeling lighter, aligned, and more connected. Highly recommend!
