Chad Erling and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with! The first time I called him he quickly went through our lending options before we even agreed to sign on with him, which was extremely helpful. We closed on our first home recently after being out of town for two weeks. Chad was able to get us set up with a lender right before we left so we could close as soon as we got back - we were approved for a loan two days after signing an agreement with Chad.
