Been a customer since 06 and have had problems with the check reader every time. The cashiers have always apologized and entered it manually. Not today! Gene tried scanning and of course it didn't scan. He was very rude about it and would not take it. I asked to speak with someone in charge, bows up and says " I'm in charge". I continue to explain that the scanner never reads my check but they always accept it. Again very rude he says" not today!", and would not accept it.
