I'm very disappointed with the customer-be-damned attitude of this company, esp. Trudy in customer dis-service. We depended on Ace for an embosser for our wedding invites. We were specific on the order form that any questions should be directed via phone. Trudy chose to ignore our need and emailed a response. By the time we discovered this, we had lost valuable time.
