Great professional group.
It was a pleasure getting our taxes done today. Mrs. Thomas was so nice and professional. The office had a warm, inviting atmosphere. We were in and out quickly. The price was very good. I will highly recommend this tax service to anyone. Thank you ladies for sending us away with a smile!
If you go here to get your taxes done DO NOT let AKETA do your paperwork. I filed my taxes as soon as I received them in the mail and gave this lady all the information she needed as well as the new account information that the money needed to be deposited in. She obviously was not paying attention and now my money is gong on the old account instead of the new account (the old account is closed btw). Now I have to wait an additional 4 to 6 weeks for my money for an error that was not mine. I recommend anywhere but here to so... read more

Worst customer service ever. Ace Management Group does not return emails nor phone calls. Even when all pertinent information was given without their follow up questions they still “Manage” to input incorrect information
