We had one of our guys go in for parts and was told "The beans are on aisle 7" I Don't know what this meant. When he just went in for fence parts. Sad this is how they treat a customer who isn't white.

Have a manager that isn't a liar
Have been a loyal customer for 20+ years; however, I will not return. I am disappointed to hear an employee was recently FIRED for missing work due to pneumonia. He had a note from his doctor, as well. I won’t give my business to a company who would treat their employees this way, especially during this pandemic!
I went into the Downtown Ace Hardware this past weekend looking for some new patio furniture. I was amazed with the selection and the customer service! The sales person that was helping me showed me one of the newer lines that they're carrying (Three Birds) and I ended up going go with that. Couldn't be happier with my purchase or my experience there. Would definitely recommend this Ace to anyone looking for a great selection of patio furniture!

The downtown Ace Hardware is the best. I mean from all the fun decorations, great Christmas gifts and hands down some of the to the BEST customer service around! It really is a Fort Collins gem.
Friendly, helpful employees, lots of fun housewares and games to mix in with all the practical tools you could ever need. Even animals are welcome here. Free popcorn and a basement full of goodies! I never thought I would say this about a hardware store but I love this place!
