Ordered this furniture in May 2018. Told to expect delivery in June. Arrived August 8. Many excuses why it was late. Manager told me it should never have been delivered in this condition and told they would replace poor quality pieces. It is October 1 and still no resolution. Now management is not responding to my requests for information or help. This furniture arrived damaged. Delivery men touched up scratches before leaving. I have been going back and forth with this store to have them fix my recliner as it is substandard. It has no padding and nothing to stop pets and children from slipping down the sides of the chair to the metal workings underneath. I have been told by the asst mgr Kelly that the padding is in to get replaced twice. But she has not scheduled for repair to be done.
