I just had an experience with a rep who came to my home and said he was from Verizon. He was wearing a Verizon vest and his ID, that was hung around his neck, had a Verizon logo. Which he never showed me. I asked him if he had a business card. He said they don’t give anything out because of Covid. This is very odd. But, he never mentioned that he was with Ace Concepts. This is very deceiving. I will be reporting this to my management office and other contacts who are friends of mine.
