Terrible customer service – disorganized and unprofessional I ordered a product, but the wrong size was delivered because the staff didn’t check the size properly before placing the order. Very good customer service, making you feel like a VIP customer and the shop’s smell is very nice. Pania is very patient in introducing each product. I had a very pleasant experience and I came back to purchase again. The quality of the uniforms is very comfortable and the prices are very favorable. They also sell knives, aprons, chef shoes, etc. Come to have a look, you won’t regret it.

The quality of their chef clothes are top notch, very breathable good quality material made locally in Australia. The customer service is fantastic, I would highly suggest taking a look here for new uniforms, their knives are also very well priced.

Owner “Adam” is SLEAZY and aggressive to the point of harassment Would never do business with them Unless you want to be harassed every other month to re order
