Sometimes there are long wait times, because of only one customer service representative. I feel atleast two representatives should be in each store. The reason I feel this way is because , if you have to get a check verified, the representative asks a lot of questions, calls to verify the check, which can take a long time. While another customer is waiting to get one single money order , which takes 5 minutes.
