Melinda was able to help me cash a check that I couldn't get cashed anywhere else. She did not stop until she was able to get me my money. I don't think she even understands how much she helped me. Im truly thankful for her and her customer service skills were a 10 out of 10.
Melinda was very helpful, walked me through the process of signing up for a flare card while helping me cash my check. She was amazing and has great customer service
Ms. Melinda was incredibly helpful and patient when I was trying to get my account number. Even though I was a bit nervous, she used her calming voice to give me the boost I needed to keep going, and it all worked out perfectly. I really appreciate her support.
Ms.Melinda was so pleasant. Awesome service
