Absolutely amazing customer service! Sally did an incredible job Sally was extremely helpful, very polite, and truly made the experience enjoyable. It honestly felt like I was talking to a friend I hadn’t seen in a while. Customer service like this is rare, and Sally absolutely deserves recognition. :)
I had the pleasure of cashing my check with Ms. Sally. I was low on funds and Ace was able to cash my post dated check. The fee is crazy bc of it being post dated but it was worth it and Sally made the experience very easy. She also helped me load my Chime card. Super simple. Definitely recommend!
