I would like to say that the employee Elizabeth went out of her way to help me out in getting my issue resolved in a timely manner. She was extremely patient, friendly & was sympathetic to my particular situation. I ended up having to to call MoneyGram corporate to fix an issue w/ my middle name but the issue was in a extremely slow manner which would of gone smoother if MoneyGram did not outsource their customer service to India which makes it difficult to understand the customer care representative...
