Very patient and nice I will be coming back
I want to thank Ms. Deneen for assisting me on today. I went to the canal st store and the employee told me she could not process my loan because I had to have my check stub printed out. So I caught the bus to the chalmette location and Ms. Deneen was so helpful. I’m very happy I went in today.
Would leave zero stars if I could whoever was working there on April 14, 2026 was horrible. Very nice in person to your face but while you’re not looking, she opened up a flare account in my name charged me three dollars to open an account all while telling me this is just a card they want us to give to anyone we do business with it doesn’t cost you money.
