Came in to cash a check and service rep doesn’t know how to effectively communicate without being sarcastic, you ask a simple question and instead of giving a proper response she just reiterates the same thing she said prior in an inquisitive tone, learn how to better communicate, your entire job is basically customer service, or rather don’t come to work with an attitud, simply put.

I went to this location and had just got in there and the person named Nedtra she says she is the manager I hope not she was very aggressive when I came in she was on phone l asked her why are you so aggressive she was talking on the phone with someone it was on loud speaker I didn't get to do my transaction because she was so into her phone and had her clothing attire unprofessional her I hope you all pay attention to your employees because she lost me as a customer she has no customer service at all good luck at this locat... read more
