Service was poor today, I was not greeted as I walked in and the associate tried to tell me how to insert the debit card into the pin pad, when I work for the company. I let her know i would go down the street and load my card at 117th Street.
Very clean place , My first time there, and I really feel pleased. I was helped by an associate named Victoria , Very polite Very respectful and when I’m telling you, she helped me and made me feel so comfortable with it being my first time there.
