yesterday i went to the store to make a payment for my electric bill .i ask the the cashier roxanne i need post it right a way she said ok but she did not listen to a word i said now i have no power ..i have son that is disabled and out of power until they loction my funds ....i wiil never use that store again because noone has answers or help for thier employees mistake ..so my kids and i have to go without power ..... where was miss janet at ....
I would not recommend them due to the fact when you are offered a pay off for one amount they are quick to charge your account for the amount they feel free to get out of your bank account. Then they make you wait weeks for a resolution or call back that they never get back to you.
