Fire Carlos ,so much attitude for their mistakes . Told me no there no open loan when I got a contract and all. Their system somehow crashes when I finalized m loan the first time and they made me do it again. Got denied because supposedly my last loan had not cleared. Called costumer support and they are telling them. To their face there is a loan . personally it feels like theft
