So after running around all morning trying to use Western Union which I will never do again because they suck. Trying to get a refund, because they would not send it through to where it had to go with no explanation , back and forth to different places it was here at Ace Cash place that took the time to help me and it took a while, but the lady had patience n she explained stuff to me.
