Carolyn is excellent
My experience with Bertha at ACE Cash Express was unacceptable. She made me feel very upset, uncomfortable, and disrespected throughout the interaction. Her tone and manner were unprofessional, and instead of feeling supported, I felt stressed and uneasy. When dealing with personal financial matters, customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and that standard was completely missed here. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location unless management addresses these issue
