Ms. Diana was Very professional. I had a check cashing issue I ran into at other establishments that was solved promptly here!
Mrs Dianna was super friendly and helped me quicker than going to a bank. Thank you Mrs Dianna.
Left my card at home and came in asking to deactivate it and make a new one and she tried to tell me that my money wouldn’t transfer to a new card. Refused my request and when I told her I’d come back with my card, withdraw my cash and not do business with them. She told me it was not her problem and that she did not care.
Honestly best experience compared to every other option I had at my disposal. If you're here at the one in Orange, Vicki really has your back. I wasn't even sure if my check could be cashed and was kinda disappointed about how expensive the fee was but she worked it out with me and I paid a fee I was comfortable with instead. My gf has had experience with dealing with her before and even she said she went out of her way to do all she could to help and she really does! 10/10 Vicki and will be coming to this store for anything... read more
