Excellent service will come back again
My issue is not directly related to anyone at the store. My issue is related to a request I had to make through customer service. One simple request, a copy of loan documents. I do not understand why you can’t go to the store and request the documents. Why is it taking corporate an entire week to respond to my request. I had to call several times, I was told I had to wait 24 to 48 hours, that time had expired last week. This is very frustrating.
