Will was great. Made the process very easy!
The lady that works here treated me like I was a kid and not an adult. Like the lady was telling me what to press on the screen, even when I was supposed to decide on my own what to press (on the screen). The experience I had at this place was bad. Also, this place charges a big amount of money to cash a check and I would advise to cash a check at a different place like HEB. HEB only takes three dollars to cash a check.
Dana at Ace Cash Express went above and beyond to protect me from fraud. Someone stole my check and tried to cash it, but thanks to her sharp instincts, she suspected something was off. She took the time to call me, verify the situation, and stop the fraudulent payment. I truly appreciate her honesty and diligence—she’s a lifesaver! Highly recommend this location because of her exceptional service.
