I tried cashing my payroll check at this location twice. The first time I tried cashing my check I even brought my employer to verify the check is valid. I was told that because it was a Saturday ACE Cash Express were unable to verify funds were available in the account. I then came back Monday which is a business day, banks are open. ACE Cash Express informed me they still can’t verify the account is valid and advised me to simply go to the bank across the street. I ultimately did what she advised me to do.
