Today a little after 4pm was my first time coming this Ace location & it was bad experience. I stopped in to ask the rep “how much the rate would be to cash a check” I told her the amount and put the check up to the window so she could see. She pointed to the wall and said “The prices are over there and the rate hasn’t changed since last time”.
