I needed a check cashed and Ms. Tiffany was amazing from walking in to exiting out. 10/10 customer service. The willing to help and go above and beyond. Thanks again.
I had gone there with a refund check and this female Tiffany took a 25$ tip forcefully saying and i quote "I take a minimum 25$ tip for cashing the check" and i ended up paying 49$(fees + tip) for a 500$ check. This girl is a scammer and she did the same thing with the person who was there in the line before me. I am definitely suing this place as i am sure this conversation was recorded on their camera.
Tiffany was the best absolutely amazing and helpful.
