Ms Laura was very attentive, caring, and kind. She stayed 20 minutes past closing just to help me with an issue! I recommend this location over any of the others! I appreciate your kindness 💜
Went in to cash 2 checks last minute, the lady seemed irritated because it was almost time to close but i was in and out before closing and its still your job. I understand you’re tired but that’s not an excuse to give poor customer service because of it. Not a customer service complaint but for the company specifically. One check was only $10 lol and i had to pay 2 separate fees so i only got $5 of the $10 check. Fees are too high lower them please.
