I got a payday loan and paid it off early with cash. When the due date arrived they pulled the money out of my account again. That was over a week ago and I still haven't received a refund. I was told 3 times I could go in to the store to get my money back, and every time I went in I was told I couldn't get the money. This whole time I've heard different stories from different people, and I've been told I would be contacted but never was. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service.
