Lady with gun tattoo on her face was very rude and un professional. I don't really feel comfortable with someone who was ok tattoing there face handling my personal info. I also would like to have a little bit more rapport than uhuh and mmmhm and going the extra mile like printing off a pay stub instead of refusing when you have a computer in front of you. I will be printing my own paystub and taking my business else where.
So far I haven't had any issues with my Flare Account, It is very easy to get a loan and last but not least Rachel provides some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
Always have 2 customer service reps at all times. Sometimes I have to wait a long time to get service.
Looks so unhappy to be at work and helping people... The service could have been wayyyy better.
