Arielle customer service was a exceptional. She went above and beyond to get my documents I needed.
For this establishment to NEVER be packed with people they always have ONE representative and it always takes 30 minutes to an hour just to cash a check. They need two representative at all times because you never know what the hold up is going to be when cashing a check etc. There is literally 3 people waiting and one girl said she has been sitting for over 30mins.
Aurielle , was super helpful so much energy and positive attitude !! Definitely the place to cash your check ! Almost had me get a loan and I don’t even need one lol 5 stars
