The worker was extremely rude over the phone when I called to ask if they cash SSI checks . When we got there she was taking her precious time having conversation with her other employee while trying to process this SSI check for my disabled brother who was trying to cash his daughters mothers death benefits. Absolutely unprofessional this whole thing was already a sensitive situation as is. She definitely doesn’t deserve her job.
