Mandi is very kind and helpful at the Eugene Ace! I really appreciated her professional yet friendly manner. She's awesome!
Just went in to cash my check. The district manager (she didn't have a name tag, nor did she give me a name, just her title) cashed my check while on the phone with someone else. Took forever since I couldn't tell if she was talking on the phone or to me. She also did things completely out of order and talked down to me when I was confused. I hope Mandi and Karen aren't gone, cause they would've had me in and out in minutes with a smile on my face.
