It was my first time taking out a loan so I was a Lil nervous, But Latoya talked me thru it and explained everything to me without getting frustrated with me and gave me great customer service!
I've been to this location a few times and the service has always been excellent! Anahi was quick, professional, and welcoming. She turned what was a stressful situation into something manageable. You can tell she really cares about her customers.. Its rare to find customer service this consistent
